Drawn to your space and built to it — timber, metalwork, curved forms, storerooms, meeting rooms, real ceilings. Where the design leads and the structure follows, rather than the other way round.

An upper deck buys meeting space without buying more floor. It also brings structural calculations, hall height limits and organiser approval — all of which we handle, and all of which need starting early.
One shell, many exhibitors, one client managing them all. We build the pavilion structure, the individual booths inside it and the shared areas, and we deal with each exhibitor’s changes so you don’t have to.

Most agencies will not print a number. These are the honest floors — where each level starts, and what moves it upward.
Small modular stands, typically 9–18 m².
Designed-to-space builds, typically 24–60 m².
Large islands, double-deckers and pavilions.
Floor space rental from the organiser, organiser services such as power connection, water, rigging points and waste, local taxes, and any travel or accommodation you book for your own team. Rate per square metre falls as the stand grows — a 9 m² build carries a noticeably higher rate per m² than a 60 m² one, so a small stand quoted from the same per-metre figure as a large one is usually a quote that will move later.
Each of these has its own page — dates, venue, stand costs for that hall, and the operational detail that only matters once you are on site.
The same person who takes your brief is on the phone during build-up. Nothing is handed to a second team halfway through.
Everyone claims quality and service. These are the four differences you can check before signing anything.
We produce the first concept and visual before any commitment. If it is not right, you have lost nothing and we have learned what you actually meant. Roughly four in five briefs need a second round — that is normal, and it is budgeted for.
The figure we quote covers what we said it covers. Where a cost belongs to the organiser rather than to us — power, rigging, waste, cleaning — it appears as a separate line rather than being folded in and quietly marked up.
We are in Frankfurt, which means Messe Frankfurt is on our doorstep and Cologne, Düsseldorf, Nuremberg, Munich and Berlin are a short run. Beyond Germany we build in Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Barcelona, Milan and London through the same team.
If you are taking 9 m² at your first show, a custom build is the wrong purchase and we will say so. If your stand travels four times a year, modular pays for itself by the third show. Advice that costs us margin is the kind worth having.
Three to four months is comfortable for a modular stand and four to six for a custom build. Double-deckers need longer because the structural approval sits with the organiser and cannot be rushed. We have delivered stands in under a month, but the options narrow and the freight costs more.
Yes — first concept and 3D visual, before any contract. What we ask is a real brief: the floor plan, your open sides, and an honest budget range. A design drawn against a guessed budget helps nobody.

Modular stands, yes — that is what they are for, and we store them between shows. Custom stands vary: graphics and many structural elements can be reused, but a stand built for a 6×8 m corner rarely drops into a 5×10 m inline space without rework.
Yes. France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy and the UK regularly, and further afield through the wider SOL group. The project manager stays the same wherever the show is.

9 m². Below that a portable display is usually the better purchase, and we will tell you so rather than quoting you for a build that does not earn its cost.
A deposit on sign-off and the balance before build-up, with the schedule set out in the quotation. For pavilions and multi-show contracts the stages are agreed case by case.
