We revise the design with you, lock the specification and schedule. Your stand is pre-built in our own facility before it ships to the venue.
What to include in your brief: show name and dates, stand number or size, your objectives, and any brand guidelines or past stand photos. The more we know, the sharper the first concept.

How quickly will I hear back?
Form and email enquiries receive a 3D design concept and an itemised quote, and WhatsApp messages are usually answered quickly during working hours by a project manager, not a call centre.
Can I visit before deciding?
Yes. You're welcome to see stands being fabricated — it's the best way to judge build quality. Message us on WhatsApp or email to fix a time.
Do you build outside Germany?
Yes — we build across Europe from Frankfurt, including Düsseldorf, Cologne, Berlin, Munich, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels. Through our sister studios we also support shows beyond Europe.
Is the 3D design really free?
Yes. The first 3D concept and the itemised quotation are free, with no upfront fee and no obligation. You only commit when you approve a design and a price you're happy with. Full-build stands start from €4,500.
I'm a supplier or looking for work — same form?
Yes — use the same form or email info@exposol.de with "Careers" or "Supplier" in the subject line, and the right person will pick it up.
