2024 is here and CPHI Worldwide has once again returned to Milan. It’s the second time in three years that the show is being held in Milan, Italy. This in itself acknowledges the city’s prominence as the premier pharma manufacturing centre in the region.
For long, Milan has been a major Italian Pharmaceutical base that’s home to over 50 facilities in the Lombardy Region alone. Similarly, Italy has been among Europe’s largest producers and exporters for Pharma Ingredients. It exports nearly 85 percent to European Union, Japan, and North America.
The show’s first edition took shape in 1990. Over 16 exhibitors and 250 delegates connected with pharma ingredients had gathered then in Frankfurt. After a modest start, the show has evolved rapidly into the most prominent and influential Pharmaceutical Show in the world. The CPHI worldwide 2025 edition will return to Frankfurt. It is slated to be held from 28th October to 30th October at Messe Frankfurt, and attract over 62,000 industry professionals.
