Yes, and it is the normal case here. What we need first is the crated weight, the operating weight, the footprint and the foot positions. Point loads matter more than total mass: a machine putting its weight through four small feet can punch through a platform that would carry the same load spread flat. Where the load is high we build the machine position directly onto the hall floor and step the platform around it.

If your machine is pneumatic in any part, yes. It is ordered from the venue separately from electrical supply, it is position-dependent, and the deadline falls well before build-up. Tell us at briefing stage and we file it alongside the power order on the day the contract is signed.

It has to be designed for. Depending on the material that means extraction, a partial enclosure, or a closed-loop demo cell. It also means access for cleaning between runs without dismantling anything, which we build in as a removable panel. A demo that cannot be cleaned gets switched off on day two.

No. Nuremberg is domestic for us. We build in Frankfurt and drive roughly 220 kilometres south, so there is no customs file and no border on the stand itself. Machinery you ship in from outside the EU is separate and stays with you.

Hall and stand allocation is set by NürnbergMesse. We design to your confirmed stand number rather than to a previous edition, and we check the hall's floor load limit against your machine before the platform is specified.

Yes — electrical, compressed air, water and waste orders, rigging permissions, goods-gate and forklift slots, waste removal, daily cleaning and crew passes. We file on the day a contract is signed, because the services deadlines fall well before build-up and they are the ones that cannot be recovered late.

A modular 9–18 m² stand goes up in one shift. A 24–48 m² custom stand with a machine position takes one to two days plus commissioning time for the equipment. Premium builds use the full window. Every stand is pre-assembled at our workshop first, so what happens in Nuremberg is assembly rather than problem-solving.

Late in build-up, and that is fine — but it has to be sequenced. The floor and the machine position go in first, the machine lands, then the walls close around it. If the structure is finished before delivery we are taking an elevation apart to get the unit in. We agree the goods-gate slot with the venue at design stage and keep one elevation demountable.

It changes the specification rather than the shape. Wipe-clean surfaces, sealed edges, no raw board visible at a cut, no cable runs crossing open floor. This audience reads a stand the way it reads a production room, so a containment claim made from a stand that looks unhygienic does not land.

For a show at the end of September, early August is comfortable. But the services orders bind earlier than the design does, and the machine data binds earlier still — we need weights and footprints well before the design is final, because they decide what the design can be.

Yes, if it is built on a system frame. We store the structure in Frankfurt and refresh the graphics. Note that the next edition is 2028, so that is a two-year storage commitment — worth deciding at the outset rather than after the show.

Usually, for the structure. What cannot be rushed is the venue services order — power, compressed air and water have fixed deadlines and no builder can move them. That is the single reason to start a POWTECH stand earlier than you would an ordinary show.

Yes, and we encourage it where machinery is involved. The workshop is about fifteen minutes from Frankfurt Airport. You see the stand assembled, check the machine position and service points against your unit's real dimensions, and meet the crew who will be in Nuremberg.

Vector files for logos and certification marks, and high-resolution raster images at roughly 150 dpi at final print size. For technical schematics, send the source file rather than an export — process diagrams reproduce badly when they are scaled up from a screen-resolution image.

On 18 m², two to three. On 24 m² with a running machine, three to four — someone has to stay with the equipment while another person works the aisle. At 48 m² and above, five or more. Process engineers ask long, specific questions, and these conversations run well beyond a typical trade fair exchange.
