Start by cutting, not adding
The instinct on a small stand is to cram everything in. We do the opposite — strip the brief to the one product, one message and one action that matter, and design around those. A small stall that says one thing clearly beats one that mumbles five.
Own the vertical and the light
Floor is scarce; height and light aren’t. We push presence upward with a tall, clean back wall and a header to the venue’s limit, and we light the stall brighter than its neighbours. Those two moves do more for a small stand’s visibility than any amount of floor decoration.
Design the flow for a small space
On a small stall, a poorly placed counter or a coat pile ruins the limited space. We keep the front fully open, put storage and the counter where they don’t block the sightline, and leave room for two staff and a couple of visitors to stand without colliding.
