Yes, and it is common here. What we need is what the machine consumes per hour, what it produces as reject or offcut, its power draw and its footprint. From that we size the consumables store, plan the waste route and position the line so it is visible from the aisle without dominating your meeting space.

Into a planned route, not an improvised one. Offcut, film and reject accumulate faster than most exhibitors expect over three days. We design a concealed bin position with back-of-house access and agree disposal with the venue, so nobody is carrying a full bin across the front of the stand during opening hours.

Orientation and absorption, both decided at design stage. We point the line away from the seating, put a solid partition and soft goods between them, and recommend running the demo in short cycles on request rather than continuously. Acoustic separation on a 48 m² stand is a specification item, not an afterthought.

More than you think. Packaging visitors take samples as a matter of course, and an undersized display is picked clean before the end of day one. We specify closed storage sized for three days of stock with restock access from the back, so refilling does not become a visible operation.

No. Nuremberg is domestic for us. We build in Frankfurt and drive roughly 220 kilometres south, so there is no customs file and no border on the stand itself. Machinery or product you ship in from outside the EU is separate and stays with you.

Hall and stand allocation is set by NürnbergMesse. We design to your confirmed stand number and check the aisle positions around it, because on this floor which side your waste and restock access faces matters more than usual.

Yes — electrical, water, waste-disposal and rigging orders, goods-gate slots, daily cleaning and crew passes. We file on the day a contract is signed, because the services deadlines fall well before build-up and they are the ones that cannot be recovered late.

A modular 9–18 m² stand goes up in one shift. A 24–48 m² custom stand with a line takes one to two days plus commissioning time for the machine. Premium builds use the full window. Every stand is pre-assembled at our workshop first, so what happens in Nuremberg is assembly rather than problem-solving.

For a show in the third week of September, early August is comfortable. The services orders bind earlier than the design does, so if your stand runs a line we need the machine and consumables detail well before the design is final.

Recent editions have run dedicated newcomer and young-company areas alongside themed pavilions with their own forum programmes. For a small first-time exhibitor those can deliver better placement than isolated raw space. Check what the organiser has confirmed for 2027 before you commit to a location, because the decision is hard to reverse afterwards.

Yes, and we encourage it where a machine is involved. The workshop is about fifteen minutes from Frankfurt Airport. You see the stand assembled, check the line position, storage volume and restock access against what you are actually bringing, and meet the crew.

Vector files for logos and certification marks, and high-resolution raster images at roughly 150 dpi at final print size. If you are making material or recyclability claims on the wall, send the substantiating detail with the artwork — this audience reads those panels closely and asks follow-up questions.

On 18 m², two to three. On 24 m² with a running line, three to four — someone has to attend the machine and manage samples while another person works the aisle. At 48 m² and above, five or more. Sample handling alone occupies one person for most of the day.
