What a custom stand costs at 100–120 m²
A bespoke build at a hundred to a hundred and twenty square metres runs roughly €30,000 to €120,000, and at this scale the bracket is driven by construction depth — how much is genuinely built rather than clad — more than by any other single factor. A clad structure over a system frame sits near the bottom of that bracket; a genuinely built stand in solid materials with a deck and an atrium sits near the top.
The distinction between built and clad is the honest one to make at this scale. Both can look identical in a render. One is a structure fabricated in joinery and steel; the other is a system frame with a bespoke skin over it. The second costs substantially less, installs faster and is the right answer more often than exhibitors expect — but it does not survive close inspection in the way the first does, and if visitors will be touching surfaces or standing under them, that matters.
Services planning is the part that quietly determines whether the build-up goes well. Power distribution, data, lighting circuits and hospitality water have to be routed through the structure at drawing stage. Discovering on the show floor that a cable has to cross a finished joinery wall is the sort of problem that costs a day, and days are not available at this scale.
Design, engineering, fabrication, graphics, lighting, Frankfurt pre-assembly, venue paperwork, freight, installation and dismantling are inside the bracket. Above a hundred square metres visitors see an exterior before they see a stand. What faces the main aisle is a composed elevation rather than the outside of whatever is inside, and treating it as such is most of the difference between a large stand and a big one.

How much does a custom stand between 100 and 120 m² cost?
Roughly €30,000–€120,000, about €300–€1000 per square metre. What sets the position inside that bracket is construction depth: a system frame with a bespoke skin against a genuinely built structure in joinery and steel is most of the difference between the two ends.
Built or clad — which do I need?
Clad more often than exhibitors expect. It costs substantially less, installs faster, and in a render the two are indistinguishable. Built matters where visitors will touch surfaces, stand under them, or spend time close enough to read the detail. We will tell you which your brief actually needs.
What is different about a stand this size?

That changes the design problem from arranging elements to composing a building, including how people are drawn from the aisle into a space they cannot fully see.

How long is the lead time?

Should I be considering a double-decker?
It is a fair question at this footprint. A second storey adds around sixty per cent more usable area on the same rented floor. Whether that beats a larger single level depends on the floor rental at your show against the engineering and build-up cost of the deck, and we will run that comparison rather than assume.
Can it be reused?
Partially, and less than at smaller sizes. Freestanding joinery, counters and rigged elements travel; a facade and a room plan built to one floorplan do not. At this scale the stand should be understood as a single deliberate appearance, and we say so at quotation rather than afterwards.
