Several big industrial fairs cluster here, so for many sectors this is the peak exhibiting season.

When many large fairs run close together, the build supply chain tightens — workshop slots, freight, riggers and on-site crews are all in demand at once. The stands that go up smoothly in late spring are the ones briefed early; the ones that struggle are the late bookings competing for the same scarce capacity.
Planning a late-spring stand

As a guide, an 18 m² modular runs €5,500–€8,500 and a 24 m² custom with a meeting area €11,500–€15,000 (plus freight for non-German fairs).
